Koyo and Kaichi Highschools visit DGS on exchange

We were delighted to welcome back our Japanese exchange schools - Koyo and Kaichi Highschools – in March 2023.

The group of 30 students were hosted by families of DGS students, and have been involved in integration activities with all year groups, including the Welcome Ceremony on Tuesday with music from the Junior Choir and Senior Guitars, language lessons and science experiments, cooking and sports. It has been wonderful to see the natural interaction between all the students throughout the week in the canteen at break times as well. Thank you to everyone who has been involved in making it such a successful week.
