School Trips
The number and variety of opportunities we offer is the golden thread linking our extensive co-curriculum to our DGS academic offer, and our lively schedule of academic and co-curricular visits reflects our international outlook. We provide a range of study and field trips across the academic curriculum, which strengthen classroom-based learning.
Outdoor pursuits and challenges are provided by the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme and Sports Tours. Our Operation Wallacea involvement and Auschwitz trips, alongside MUN and debating conferences, help pupils develop their confidence, presentation skills and geo-political awareness.
An adventurous Bushcraft residential trip, Year 9 Language tours and Ski trips provide more fun, relaxed opportunities to improve language skills and learn about other cultures.
